- Pads are cut from: 3" x 4", 4" x 4", or 4-1/4"
x 5-1/4" sheets, and finished size will be slightly smaller
in both width and height. You may request a die template for
exact measurements. Location of imprint may vary 1/16" from
side to side and top to bottom, due to cutting tolerances. Special sized pads are available - minimum quantity
of 5,000 pads; call us for a SPECIAL QUOTE.
- Adhesive Strip: Adhesive strip is on side shown in
blue on templates. See links above.
- Quantities: Absolute minimum of 500
pads. When ordering between price quantity breaks, orders must
be for 500 pad increments. For orders above quantities shown,
please contact us for production time and pricing.
- Standard Production Time: 7

- Paper Colors: Titanium White only.
- Optional Recycled White paper available.
Add 10% to prices below. White only.
This white paper is 100% recycled, with 15% post -consumer fiber,
and is a slightly different shade of white than standard white.
We can include a recycled symbol on your pads, if desired. Please
specify if symbol is desired.
- Imprint- Prices include 1 to 4 spot (PMS) ink colors,
or Full Color (4-Color Process), imprint. All artwork should
be kept 1/8" inside all pad edges. Flood coats and other
ink bleeds are available at no additional charge. Heavy Ink
Coverage- Ink covering 50% or more of the pad surface, with
30% or more ink density- Add 15% to pad prices below. Please
note that we do not sell blank pads. We
will fax or email you a free imprint proof on all new orders,
or orders with revised imprints, prior to production!
- Imprint Colors: Standard colors are any non-metallic
or non-flourescent PMS inks, or 4 Color Process (full color)
images. See standard
ink colors chart for 4 Color Process colors. If you
need to match specific colors we recommend using specific PMS
inks.
- Stock Art Background Designs: Die cut shapes do not
automatically include the stock art backgrounds shown as a standard
feature. To add a FREE stock art background, please be
sure to specify the design name on your order. See the following
page for Die Cut Shapes
and optional Stock Art Backgrounds.
- Custom Die Cut Shapes: Custom die shapes are available
for a one-time $350.00 Die Charge for orders up to 2000
pads. Orders over 2500 pads incur no die charge. Pads will be
cut from, and priced as the pad sizes listed below. Orders will
be shipped within 10 working days from receipt of factory proof
approval.
- Set-up Charge: None. 30 minutes of typesetting and
graphic placement are included, at no charge. Additional artwork
charges, after 30 minutes, may incur a $1.00 per minute charge.
- Product Proof: An actual printed sample is
available for $250.00. We will fax or
email you a free digital imprint proof on all new orders, or
orders with revised imprints, prior to production! Proof revisions,
after the 2nd revision, may incur a $1.00 per minute charge (minimum
of $10.00 per revised proof).
- Copy Changes: $10.00 per copy change. Copy changes
must be in increments of 500 pads.
- Drop/Split Shipments: Split shipments in increments
of 500 pads are no charge. Drop/split shipments not in increments
of 500 pads = $10.00 per location.
- Standard Packaging: Bulk.
