below for 24 Hour Rush Production, for Value Price pads on white
paper with 4-Color Process printing. 24 Hour Rush Production
is also available on white paper with 1 or 2 PMS ink imprint.
25 and 50 sheet pads only. Maximum of 5000 pads on 24 Hour Rush
orders. Orders sent to the plant by 5:00 p.m. Central should
ship the following work day or your $50.00, 24 Hour Rush Production
charge, will be refunded. Weekends and holidays do not count
as work days.
- Paper Colors: Titanium White or Pastel colors

- Recycled White Paper:
add 10% to prices below. 100% recycled with 15% post-consumer
waste. 50 lb. offset.
- Imprint- (3-3/4" wide x 5-3/4" high). Full
color (4-Color Process), imprinting is standard on Value Priced
pads, and is included in the pricing. Full color (4-Color Process),
imprinting is also available (at an additional cost) on Pastel
papers. 1 to 4 spot PMS ink colors are optional, for true ink
matches, and is available on white and pastel papers. All artwork
should be kept 1/8" inside all pad edges. Flood coats and
other ink bleeds are available at no additional charge. Ink bleeds,
or flood coats, will reduce the size of the cut pad by 1/8"
on each side that bleeds. Please note that we do not sell blank
pads. We will fax or email you a free
imprint proof on all new orders, or orders with revised imprints,
prior to production!
- Imprint Colors: Standard colors are any non-metallic
or non-flourescent PMS inks, or 4 Color Process (full color)
images. Heavy Ink Coverage- Ink covering 50% or more of
the pad surface, with 30% or more ink density- Add 15% to pad
prices below. See
standard ink colors chart for 4 Color Process colors.
If you need to match specific colors we recommend using specific
PMS inks.
- Set-up Charge: None. 30 minutes of typesetting and
graphic placement are included, at no charge. Additional artwork
charges, after 30 minutes, may incur a $1.00 per minute charge.
- Product Proof: An actual printed sample is
available for $250.00. We will fax or
email you a free digital imprint proof on all new orders, or
orders with revised imprints, prior to production! Proof revisions,
after the 2nd revision, may incur a $1.00 per minute charge (minimum
of $10.00 per revised proof).
- Copy Changes: $10.00 per copy change. Copy changes
must be in increments of 500 pads.
- Drop/Split Shipments: Split shipments in increments
of 500 pads are no charge. Drop/split shipments not in increments
of 500 pads = $10.00 per location.
- Standard Packaging: Bulk. F.O.B. Missouri for White
and Pastel Yellow paper and F.O.B. Arizona for all other paper
colors. 25 SHEETS - 40 lbs @ 500 per carton. 50 SHEETS
- 38 lbs @ 250 per carton. 100 SHEETS - 38 lbs @ 125
per carton.
