- Pad Size: Medium- Cut from 4" x 3" sheet.
Large- Cut from 4" x 4" sheet. X-Large-

- Quantities: Absolute minimum of 500 pads.

- Paper Colors:
Standard paper color choices are shown below. Some pad shapes
are only available on white paper. Click on this link, Die
Cut Shapes, for details. Add 15% to the unit price
for Neon or Ultra Papers. Please request a paper sample prior
to ordering, if paper color is critical., as we cannot accept
responsibility for paper color choices after your order has been
placed.
- Imprint- (Area Varies). Generally, artwork should
be kept 3/16" inside of pad edges.4 colors are the maximum
allowed. 4 color printing may be done either with PMS inks or
4-Color Process printing. We will fax
or email you an imprint proof on all new orders, or orders with
revised imprints, prior to production! Artwork templates
are available upon request.
- Imprint Colors: Standard colors - Red; blue; green;
brown; purple; burgundy; teal; black, or you may specify a PMS
(Pantone) ink color at no extra charge. See
standard ink colors chart. Black is recommended
for neon papers. Heavy ink coverage is not recommended in the
adhesive area. "Ghost" or "Phantom" imprints
at 5%, 10%, or 40% tint of the first imprint color are no additional
charge. Metallic inks are available at an additional charge of
$285.00. For ink bleeds, call for a quote.
- Set-up Charge: None.
- Press Proof: 3M requires a Press
Proof for 4 Color Process orders, or a signed waiver of responsibility,
for printed colors on orders of $1250.00 or more. A Press Proof costs $580.00, and requires 5 additional work days. On orders
of less than $1250.00, we recommend supplying us with a printed
sample of what you expect your colors to look like when printed.
Call us to discuss the best option for you. We will e-mail,
or fax, you a free paper imprint proof, prior to manufacturing,
on all new or revised orders.
- Overruns/Underruns: You will be shipped, and invoiced,
for up to 5% over or 10% /under the quantity ordered,
per industry standard.
- Custom Die Cut Pads: Available. Die charges apply
for shapes other than our standard shapes shown. Call for quote
on custom shapes. Not all shapes can be manufactured, due to
limitations on adhesive placement.
- Standard Packaging: Bulk. Call for freight quote.
