POST-IT® SPECIFICATIONS
- Item: Item: # 3M262 - 25 Sheets per pad. Item:
# 3M265 - 50 Sheets per pad. Item: # 3M261 - 100 Sheets
per pad.
- Pad Size: 2-3/4" x 5-7/8". Adhesive strip
is on 2-3/4" side.
- Quantities: Absolute minimum of 500 pads. Maximum
of 4,999. For orders above quantities shown, please contact us
for production time and pricing.
- Paper Colors:
Standard paper color choices are shown below. Add 15%
to the unit price for Neon or Ultra Papers. Please request
a paper sample prior to ordering, if paper color is critical.,
as we cannot accept responsibility for paper color choices after
your order has been placed.
- Optional Recycled Paper:
Minimum of 30% Postconsumer content. Available in 3 recycled
colors: White; Canary Yellow and Spring Green. Specify on order.

- Optional Super Sticky Adhesive:

standard paper only (non- recycled). No printing allowed in adhesive
area, which is 1" wide.
- Imprint- (2-3/8" wide x 5-11/16" high). Prices
below include a 1 to 4 spot PMS colors per sheet. 4 colors are
the maximum allowed. 4 color printing may be done either with
PMS inks or 4-Color Process printing. Ink "bleeds"
( ink printing to the edge of the pad) are not allowed on this
size pad. We will fax or email you an
imprint proof on all new orders, or orders with revised imprints,
prior to production!
- Imprint Colors: Standard colors - Red; blue; green;
brown; purple; burgundy; teal; black, or you may specify a PMS
(Pantone) ink color at no extra charge. See
standard ink colors chart. Black is recommended
for neon papers. "Ghost" or "Phantom" imprints
at 5%, 10%, or 40% tint . of the first imprint color are no additional
charge. Metallic inks are available at an additional charge of
$285.00. Ink "bleeds" ( ink printing to the edge of
the pad) are not allowed on this size pad.
- Production Time: Standard is 7
work days. 5 work days
production is available on white paper with any one color pad
order with one of 8 standard ink colors. See See

imprint inks. Super sticky adhesive and recycled paper are not
available on 5 day orders.
- Set-up Charge: None.
- Press Proof: 3M requires a Press
Proof for 4 Color Process orders, or a signed waiver of responsibility,
for printed colors on orders of $1250.00 or more. A Press Proof costs $580.00, and requires 5 additional work days. On orders
of less than $1250.00, we recommend supplying us with a printed
sample of what you expect your colors to look like when printed.
Call us to discuss the best option for you. We will e-mail,
or fax, you a free paper imprint proof, prior to manufacturing,
on all new or revised orders.
- Overruns/Underruns: You will be shipped, and invoiced,
for up to 5% over or 10% /under the quantity ordered,
per industry standard.
