Adhesive Pads Specifications
- Item: # BN-LQ1216 - 25 Sheets per pad. Item: #
BN-LQ1215 - 50 Sheets per pad.
- Pad Size: 4" x 2-7/8". Adhesive strip is
on 4" side.
- Quantities: Absolute minimum of 25 pads.
Orders must be for 25, 50, 125 or 250 pads. Maximum of 250 pads.

- Paper Colors: Titanium White only - 50 lb.
- Imprint- (3-3/4" wide x 2-5/8" high). 1
to 4 spot PMS ink colors, or 4-Color Process, imprinting is standard,
and is included in the pricing. All artwork should be kept 1/8"
inside all pad edges. Flood coats and other ink bleeds are not
available on low quaqntity pads. Please note that we do not sell
blank pads. Heavy Ink Coverage - Ink covering 50% or more
of the pad surface, with 30% or more ink density- not available
on Low Quantity pads. We will fax or
email you an imprint proof on all new orders, or orders with
revised imprints, prior to production!
- Imprint Colors: 4 Color Process (full color) images.

colors will be converted to the nearest possible 4 Color Process
colors, and are not guaranteed to be exact matches.
- Set-up Charge: None. 30 minutes of typesetting and
graphic placement are included, at no charge. Additional artwork
charges, after 30 minutes, may incur a $1.00 per minute charge.
- Product Proof: Not available. We
will fax or email you a free digital imprint proof on all new
orders, or orders with revised imprints, prior to production!
Proof revisions, after the 2nd revision, may incur a $1.00 per
minute charge (minimum of $10.00 per revised proof).
- Overruns/Underruns: You will be shipped, and invoiced,
for up to 5% over, or under, the quantity ordered, per
industry standard.
- Standard Packaging: Bulk. No split shipments. F.O.B.
