Adhesive Pads Specifications
- Item: # BN-D38 - Plastic Doorhanger
- Doorhanger Size: 3-1/8" x 8".
- Hole Size: 1-5/32" Diameter for C38-02 or C38-04.
2-1/4" x 2-15/16" for C38-01. C38-02 and C38-04 have
a slit; C38-01 does not.
- Quantities: Absolute minimum of 125
doorhangers. You may order any quantity over the minimum of 125.

- Standard Production Time: 10

- Plastic Colors: 15 mil white plastic.
- Imprint- (2-7/8" wide x 7-3/4" high less
the hole/slit area). Full color (4-Color Process), imprinting
on one side is standard and is included in the pricing. Optional back side printing is available in
either 1 PMS ink or Full color (4-Color Process). See
additional back side printing costs below. All artwork should
be kept 1/8" inside all doorhanger edges and die cut hole
area. Flood coats and other ink bleeds are available at no additional
charge. Templates are available, if you wish to do your own artwork.
Please note that we do not sell blank doorhangers. We
will fax or email you a free imprint proof on all new orders,
or orders with revised imprints, prior to production!
- Imprint Colors: Standard colors are 4 Color Process
(full color) images on 1 side. See
standard ink colors chart for 4 Color Process colors.
- Set-up Charge: None. 30 minutes of typesetting and
graphic placement are included, at no charge. Additional artwork
charges, after 30 minutes, may incur a $1.00 per minute charge.

- Product Proof: An actual printed sample, with
your imprint, is available for $250.00. We
will fax or email you a free digital imprint proof on all new
orders, or orders with revised imprints, prior to production!
Proof revisions, after the 2nd revision, may incur a $1.00 per
minute charge (minimum of $10.00 per revised proof).
- Overruns/Underruns: You will be shipped, and invoiced,
for up to 5% over, or under, the quantity ordered, per
industry standard. If no overrun is desired, please plainly mark
"NO OVERRUN" on your order, but note that you may receive
up to 5% less doorhangers than you have ordered.
- Copy Changes: $25.00 per copy change. Copy changes
must be in increments of 125 doorhangers.
- Drop/Split Shipments: Split shipments in increments
of 125 are no charge. Drop/split shipments not in increments
of 125 = $10.00 per location.
- Standard Packaging: Bulk. F.O.B. Missouri . 21 lbs
@ 500 per carton.
