COFFEE MUG SPECIFICATIONS

- Quantities: Absolute minimum of 72 mugs. For orders

- Mug Size: 11 oz. capacity. Approximately 3.75"
high x 4.5" wide..
- Mug Color: White only.
- Artwork: Vector, or High-resolution bitmap images
only. Please, no halftone imprints (shaded images).
- Imprint Area(s): 2.75" wide x 2.75" high
on one or two sides, or a Wrap of 7.5" wide x 2.75"
high. One standard imprint color is included. Additional colors
incur a $.35 per color per mug charge. Up to 3 colors maximum.
- Imprint Colors: Many standard imprint colors are available
at no additional cost. Call us for standard ink colors available.
PMS Ink Colors: PMS color matching is a $30.00 per color
charge, if you do not select a Standard ink color. If you provide
us with a PMS number we will get as close as possible. Specify
a "coated" or "uncoated" PMS ink number.
We do not guarantee the color to be exact.
- Screen Set-up Charge: $50.00 per order. If different
imprints are on each side, and there are different imprint colors,
there is an additional $50.00 setup charge per color.
- RUSH ORDERS: 24 hour
rush production is available, at no additional charge, on orders
with 1 color imprints. 24 Hour Rush must be specified on order.

- Overruns/Underruns: You will be shipped, and invoiced,
for up to 5% more, or less than the quantity ordered, per printing
industry standard.
- Standard Packaging: Shipping points for freight: Los
Angeles, Pittsburgh or San Antonio. 33 lbs @ 36 mugs per carton.
There is a $6.25 per carton repackaging fee. Third party
shipping charge is an additional $10.00 per order.
