  • Quantities: Absolute minimum of 150 calendars.

  • Calendar Dates: 13-month calendar, prints December 2011 through December 2012.
  • Imprint Color: Black. For an imprint color other than black, add $25.00 for Standard Imprint Colors:
    Brown PMS 145; Brown PMS 469; Dark Gray PMS 431; Dark Green PMS 349; Green PMS 354; Maroon PMS 208; Orange PMS 165; Process Yellow; Red PMS 032; Red PMS 185; Red PMS 193; Reflex Blue; Process Blue; Blue PMS 281; Yellow PMS 109. For a PMS ink other than those listed here, add $55.00. Click on this link to see the standard colors. For an additional imprint color (2 maximum), Add $25.00 Setup charge, plus $.25 per calendar run charge.
  • Black & White Photos/Halftone Reproduction. Add $25.00 per halftone charge on new orders. No charge on exact repeat orders reprinted within 1 year.
  • Combining Styles: All theme styles can be assorted, in minimums of 75 per theme, but all MUST have the same binding method, and have the same ad copy and imprint colors.
  • Paper:
    60 lb. white gloss. UV coated covers.
  • Maximum imprint Area: Spiral and Stapled Binding - 9" x 1.25"; Window - 5.5" x 1.25".
  • Set-up Charge: None.
  • Envelopes/Packaging: Plain envelopes - $.15 each; calendars inserted, $.25 each. Envelopes with Window ad style calendars inserted, $.26 each. Gift envelopes - $.18 each; calendars inserted, $.28 each. Gift Envelopes with Window ad style calendars inserted, $.28 each. Poly bags with calendars inserted, $.20 each. Chipboard protector - $ .13 each.
  • Overruns/Underruns: You will be shipped, and invoiced, for up to 5% over/under the quantity ordered, per industry standard.
  • Standard Packaging: Bulk. Calendars only-
    22 lbs @ 100 per carton.
