All BIC(TM) products are guaranteed
by Columbia Design against defects in workmanship or errors in
product imprint, found to be incorrect due to our error, or by
error of BIC Graphic USA.
Merchandise found to be incorrect
due to our error (Columbia Design), or with errors in manufacturing
by BIC Graphic USA, or quality defects, will be replaced or refunded
by Columbia Design, at no charge to our customer. Specific guarantee
periods, from original order shipment date, are listed below:
BIC & Solis Writing
Instruments - 2 years (with exception of the DUO pen, which is
1 year). Ink cartridges are guaranteed for 2 years. Imprints are
guaranteed against rubbing off for 2 years under normal use.
BIC StickyNotes Adhesive
Pads & Cubes - 2 years.
BIC Notes Non-Adhesive
Scratch Pads & Cubes - 2 years.
BIC Magnets - 2 years.
Imprints are guaranteed against rubbing off for 2 years under
normal use.
BIC Mouse pads - 2
years.
Authorization to return
defective product should be obtained from Columbia Design as soon
as possible after original order shipment. No credit will be authorized
for merchandise which is unavailable for return, or is reported
to Columbia Design after the guarantee period has expired. No
credit will be authorized for errors made in artwork printing,
which have been approved in writing by our customer on artwork
imprint proofs. All printing orders require written imprint proof
approvals, on new or revised artwork, regardless of whether artwork
is supplied by customer or Columbia Design.
