ORDER SPECIFICATIONS

- Point Styles/Ink Colors:
Medium point: Black ink only. Optional Gel ink
cartridge available (medium point, black only), add $.55 per
pen.
- Pen Colors:
Choose a pen color from the BIC color selections below: Black;
Navy or Silver. All pens have 23 K Gold plated accents and polished
lacquer finishes. The above colors are close computer representations
of actual pen colors, but are not exact matches. If pen color
is critical, please request a pen sample prior to placing your
order.
- Barrel or Cap Imprint. Barrel: (1-1/2" x 5/16").
Cap: (1-1/4" x 5/16"). Price includes 1 standard
imprint color silk screened on the barrel or cap. Up to 2
colors available on Cap, and 1 color on barrel, or a combination
of 1 on barrel and 1 on cap. Add $.11 per pen for
2nd imprint color or location. We will
fax or email you an engraving proof on all new orders, or orders
with revised engravings, prior to production!
- Imprint Colors Specify:
1) Match the trim color.
2) Additional stock imprint colors: black, white, burgundy, charcoal,
green, maroon, pink, process blue, purple, red, reflex blue,
teal, navy, orange, forest green, brown, yellow, cream, metallic
blue, metallic copper, metallic green, metallic magenta, metallic

3) Custom color match: $32.00 per
color, specify PMS number.
- Optional Laser Engraving. Cap: 1-1/4" x 5/16".
Barrel: 1-1/2" x 5/16". You may engrave on both
barrel and cap. Add: $.50 per pen, for each engraving
location, per pen.
- Standard Production Time: 5
Work Days. Add $75.00 to prices
below for 24 Hour Rush Production. Maximum of 500 pens on 24
Hour Rush orders. Orders in to BIC plant by 5:00 p.m. Eastern
should ship the following work day.
- Standard Packaging: Black velour sleeve is included..
