- Magnet Size: 3.5" wide x 2" high rectangle.
Now available with square or rounded corners. Square corners
will be used if rounded corners are not specified on your order.
- Quantities: Absolute minimum of 500
magnets. For orders above quantities shown, please contact us

- Standard Production Time: 5
Work Days. Add $75.00 to prices
below for 24 Hour Rush Production, on 20 mil magnets only. Maximum
of 2500 magnets on 24 Hour Rush orders.
- Imprint- (4" wide x 2-3/8" high). Prices
include a 4-color process imprint. All text should be in vector
format, and should remain with the 4" wide x 2-3/8"
high area. Photos are allowed, but must be a minimum of 300 DPI
resolution bitmaps. You will need to supply any color photos
in digital format. We do not do color photo scans. Bleeds are
available at no additional charge, and must extend 1/8"
beyond the card edge, if you supply artwork. If you provide finished
artwork, please supply it in CMYK color (not RGB), in CorelDRAW
12 or Illustrator CS2 format, or earlier versions. Click "Artwork
Specs" button at the top of this page for more artwork details.
All screens should be 20% or greater. Please note that we do
not sell blank magnets. We will fax
or email you an imprint proof on all new orders, or orders with
revised imprints, prior to production!
- Imprint Colors: Standard imprint colors are: Black;
charcoal; red; pink; maroon; burgundy; purple; yellow; royal
blue,; navy; reflex blue; process blue; green; forest green;
teal; orange; brown and cream. All printing will be in 4-color
process (CMYK). All spot ink colors will be converted to the
nearest 4-color process colors. A perfect match cannot be
guaranteed.
- Production Proof: $35.00 additional. A printed magnet
sample will be shipped to you. Adds approximately one week to
production time. Must be specifically requested.
- Set-up Charge: None.
- Overruns/Underruns: You will be shipped the exact
quantity that you order.
- Standard Packaging: Bulk. MGJBC20 -500 per
carton @ 15 lbs. MGJBC30 - 500 per carton @ 23 lbs.
